Poker Master is a social, free-to-play game. All chips, boosters, skins and rewards are virtual items with no monetary value.
Chips cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, exchanged for real currency, transferred for consideration, or redeemed for prizes.
The app offers no wagering, no deposits and no withdrawals. It is not a gambling or games-for-stakes service.
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use Poker Master.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your state or country regarding online card games.
Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Choose a display name that is not offensive and does not impersonate another person or contain personal information.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Cheating, collusion, chip dumping, use of bots or automation, multi-accounting, exploiting bugs, and reverse-engineering the client are prohibited.
Cards, turn order, pots and winners are decided by our servers. Any attempt to tamper with game state may result in suspension and loss of virtual items.
Practice mode and some tournaments include AI opponents. AI opponents never affect your real chip balance in practice mode.
Items in the Shop are bought with in-game play chips. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app.
Boosters work only in the game modes stated on the item. Pure Texas Hold'em tables disable gameplay-affecting boosters by design.
Virtual items are not refundable and may be modified, rebalanced or retired as the game evolves.
You are responsible for the chat messages, names and images you submit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene or infringing content.
We may remove content and restrict accounts that breach these rules.
The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of any chip balance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items, arising from your use of the app.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India shall have jurisdiction.
